Fleet management

Information privacy
The Queensland Government collects and manages personal information held by government agencies in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.
The primary intent of the legislation is to protect the personal information collected and used in the delivery of government services and the conduct of government business.

The department has established business continuity and disruption management activities to respond to unexpected disruptive and disaster events, should they occur.

Open data
The Open Data Strategy refers to the department’s plan to deliver the Queensland Government’s Open Data Initiative.
Procurement
The government’s overarching policy for the procurement of goods and services is the Queensland Procurement Policy.

We develop policies and deliver projects to provide safe, secure, reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy resources to Queensland households and businesses.

The department’s Hydrogen division leads the development of strategic policy in relation to hydrogen growth, as a part of Queensland’s energy transformation. We also contribute to the national policy development around hydrogen.
